We specialise in basketball performance, but our training system is built to develop athletes across all sports.

Our focus is on improving speed, vertical jump and agility, while building a body that is resilient, durable

and pain-free.

We currently work with athletes from basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, golf and rugby.

PRO/ SEMI-PRO

Athletes on professional and semi-professional level looking to improve their performance and stay durable through the demands of highly competitive games. 

SOCIAL PLAYERS 

Adults who’ve competed in the past and now balance full-time careers with weekend games or social competitions.

Our programs are designed around your lifestyle - built to improve performance, prevent injury, and support long-term athletic longevity.

REP PLAYERS

Athletes aged 12–17 to build a strong athletic foundation, and develop confidence both in and out of the sport. Our training system is adapted to sync with their rep commitments to avoid training overload. We educate them on balance between work and rest to support long-term development and peak performance.

COLLEGE PLAYERS

The off-season is where real gains are made.We help college athletes take advantage of this crucial time to rebuild, reload, and return stronger.

Our programs are tailored to each individual athlete based on their structural assessment. If they are dealing with injuries from the season our first goal is to get them out of pain as fast as possible.

Once they are healthy, we can put more focus on performance. ​​
