COMMON QUESTIONS
1 / How long are the sessions?
Each group sessions goes from 60-75min., depending on group size, current program, phase of training and other factors. We ask that the athletes arrive with at least 10mins in advance to avoid any delays and to give them a chance to stretch and get ready fore the session.
2/ How many athletes are in a group?
On average, the groups are composed of a maximum of 4 athletes grouped according to skill level and age.
3 / Do you only train basketball players?
No! Our training system is designed to help athletes of all sports. Our focus is to help people increase their vertical jump, speed and overall athleticism, as well as prevent injuries and/ or rehab.
Sports we currently work with: Basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, golf and rugby.
4 / Can I decide which sessions to come to each week?
Yes. All athletes are required to book their spot each week via the client's portal.
If you cannot select a specific time slot it could be because it is fully booked or you have exhausted your membership inclusions for that week. If you would like to purchase an additional single-session, please email us on hello@playstrongperformance.com.
5 / Are programs tailored to my needs?
Yes. The amount and degree of individualisation will depend on the age and level of the athlete. With that said, all of our athletes go through a full assessment to determine the programming that would be best suited for their individual athletic needs.
6 / What is the youngest age you accept?
12 years old.
7 / Can I use the gym independently (outside of a class)?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
8 / Can I pause my membership?
Yes! You have full flexibility to pause your membership up to 4 weeks within a 12-month period.
