1. Consumer Rights Under NSW & Australian Law
All products sold by us are subject to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees mean that:
Goods must be of acceptable quality, safe, free from defects, and fit for the purpose they are sold for.
Goods must match their description and any sample shown.
A consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product does not meet these guarantees.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, significantly different to the description, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to choose one of the following remedies:

Repair (where reasonable)
We will not rely on our own terms to deny a remedy if the goods fail a consumer guarantee.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we will offer an exchange for a different size within 14 consecutive days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Proof of purchase must be provided
The item must not be marked, damaged, or altered in any way
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
4. Online Orders & Delivery Issues
For products purchased online, if your item does not arrive, arrives significantly late, or never arrives, and this results from a failure to supply the goods within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item because it is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
If you return an item for a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, replacement or refund:
Contact us with your order number and description of the issue.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, bank statement).
Follow any reasonable instructions provided for returning the item.
We will respond promptly and keep you informed of progress.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any store policy.
