CHALLENGE
Train with purpose and take your vertical jump to the next level.
The Play Strong Vertical Challenge is a 6-week performance program designed for basketball and volleyball athletes who want to become more explosive, improve their jump mechanics, and gain a competitive edge on the court.
Through structured strength training, plyometrics, acceleration work, and guided coaching, athletes will have the opportunity to add 2–4 inches to their vertical while building the athletic qualities that translate directly into game performance.
Whether you want to dunk, rebound higher, block more shots, or simply become a more explosive athlete, this challenge is built to help you perform at a higher level.
Athlete Application
Due to limited spots, all athletes are required to complete a short screening process before acceptance into the challenge.

FAQs
Is this 1-on-1 or Group Sessions? All of our sessions are done in a Semi-Private setting. The sessions are held at our own gym with groups capped at 4-5 like-minded athletes.
Do I have to join Play Strong to participate? This challenge was designed for athletes who want to experience the Play Strong training system without committing to a membership straight away.
Do you provide us with an online program? No. The training system is designed to be performed in our facilities and as such, is important that all training sessions are supervised for maximum results.
How long do the sessions go for? 1h15min.
When will I start seeing results? That depends on a number of factors, such as your routine, commitment to training, diet and rest. Athletes who have not done any type of strength training before tend to see results quicker but, overall, you will start seeing improvements from week 3.
