This challenge will help you with TWO things:

1. Teach you how to use strength exercises to improve your jumping ability 

&

2. Teach jump technique for both one and two foot takeoff!

 

Who is this for? Young athletes aged 10-16 years old.  

The challenge will include:

  • 1 x live strength workout each week

  • 1 x live jump workout each week

  • Strength & jump programs (home workouts)

 

  •  Live scoreboard with prizes to be won for 1st & 2nd places
