This challenge will help you with TWO things:
1. Teach you how to use strength exercises to improve your jumping ability
2. Teach jump technique for both one and two foot takeoff!
Who is this for? Young athletes aged 10-16 years old.
The challenge will include:
1 x live strength workout each week
1 x live jump workout each week
Strength & jump programs (home workouts)
